  • Improved refresh program deployment rate.  The pre-process improvement deployment rate was 2 devices per day with 4 techs.  Post process improvement rate was 12 devices per day with same number of techs. 

  • Interviewed techs and completed a full inventory of devices.

  • During national refresh, I implemented a remote process for changing device information automatically.  Prior process included having a few techs run out to each machine, about 1300 at our site, and manually make the changes.  My process reduced OT time needed as the refreshes were done after hours.  Each machine went from 10 minutes to a few seconds.

  • Restructured the inventory room with labels to make finding devices easier.  I also started an inventory system to track items coming in and leaving the room to minimize theft.
