• Improved Inventory process and reevaluated tech roles. Roles were siloed and inefficient but with new process and cross training, the site was able to reduce the large backlog of machines and lost devices. 

• Site visit included doing a complete inventory of a large warehouse with thousands of items and providing a detailed breakdown of all items found.
