Cleaned out and restructured technician work area and stock rooms for multiple locations around the US.
Took detailed inventory of all devices and separated them into usable and disposable areas
Documented existing machine disposal process and added new data sanitation process
Trained technicians on new processes and audited them with a follow up visit
Created separate areas for each device life cycle to ensure devices were not mixed together

Conducted remote process gathering and discovery over the phone of 6 sites. Documented findings and prepared a consolidated list of differences per site to transition manager.
